How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account directly within the app by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. Alternatively, you can email info@darkelcapital.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and we will process it within 30 days.
How do I request a refund?
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. To request a refund, contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play Support. We cannot issue refunds directly.
An app is crashing. What should I do?
First, try closing and restarting the app, then check for an available update in the App Store or Play Store. If the issue persists, email us with your device model, OS version, and a description of what you were doing when it crashed.
What data do your apps collect?
Our data practices are described in detail in our Privacy Policy. We follow a data minimization approach and do not sell user data to third parties.
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
We welcome feedback. Email info@darkelcapital.com with the app name, your device and OS version, and as much detail as possible. We read every message.
